In August 2014, Lu Gia Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company (LUGIACO) was renamed CII Bridge & Road Investment Joint Stock Company (CII B&R), expanding its operations to specialize in investing in bridge and road projects.
On November 27, 2006, Lu Gia Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company was granted its initial listing license by the State Securities Commission under Decision No. 87/UBCK-GPNY and officially listed 1,000,000 shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) on December 27, 2006. Stock code: LGC.
In December 1999, following the policy of equitization, the company was transformed into Lu Gia Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company under Decision No. 8032/QĐ-UB-KT dated December 28, 1999, by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. It is one of the reputable companies in Vietnam in the field of manufacturing and installing public lighting systems and traffic signals; producing and supplying mechanical products for transportation and high-voltage electrical construction.
Predecessor was Lu Gia Mechanical Company, a state-owned enterprise established in 1978.
