Project Name: Investment and Construction Project for Expanding National Highway 1 on Sections Km 1525+000 to Km 1551+400, Km 1563+000 to Km 1567+500, Km 1573+350 to Km 1574+500, Km 1581+950 to Km 1584+550, Km 1586+000 to Km 1588+500, Ninh Thuan Province under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Contract.

Construction Location:
- Construction site: Through the districts of Thuan Bac, Ninh Hai, Ninh Phuoc, and Thuan Nam, Ninh Thuan Province.
- Project Scope:
  - Starting Point: Km 1525+000, National Highway 1 (border between Khanh Hoa Province and Ninh Thuan Province);
  - Ending Point: Km 1588+500, National Highway 1 (Thuan Nam District, Ninh Thuan Province).
- The project scope does not include sections funded by government bonds (approved by the Ministry of Transport in Decision No. 1398/QD-BGTVT dated May 23, 2013) and the bypass of National Highway 1 through Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, Ninh Thuan Province.
Total investment and funding structure of the BOT Project: VND 2,110.8 billion.
