  - Starting Point: Connecting with the Saigon Bridge II construction project (at the intersection of Hanoi Highway and Quoc Huong Street – Km0+300, Hanoi Highway main route), in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
  - Ending Point: Connecting with the new Dong Nai Bridge construction project, at the intersection of Hanoi Highway and Provincial Road 743 (approximately Km 1873 + 891, National Highway 1 main route), in Di An District, Binh Duong Province.
- Total route length: 15.7 Km (excluding Rach Chiec Bridge area).
