- Construction site: Mo Cay Nam District, Ben Tre Province, and Cang Long District, Tra Vinh Province.
- Project Scope: includes Co Chien Bridge:
  - Starting Point: Km 9+695.4 (end of abutment wing wall A0);
  - Ending Point: Km 11+294.6 (end of abutment wing wall A28);
  - Total Project Length: 1.599 km.
- Excluding the approach roads on the Ben Tre and Tra Vinh sides and the bridges on the approach roads belonging to the Component Project - Funded by the state budget.
Total investment capital of the project according to the BOT contract: VND 1,207.968 billion.
